If rain is forecast on the day of pouring, we may reschedule to avoid a poor finish. Once poured, rain won’t damage the concrete as long as it’s properly sealed and protected. We always plan with Perth’s weather in mind.
We use correct steel mesh, place expansion/control joints strategically, and follow slump standards for the right water-cement ratio. Small hairline cracks can still occur, but structural issues are covered under our warranty.

Unsealed concrete can fade due to UV, traffic, and water. That’s why we seal all decorative jobs and offer optional resealing every 2–3 years, which keeps the colour vibrant and protects from wear.
For exposed and honed concrete, we usually apply the sealer 7 days after pouring, once the concrete has cured properly. We also do a light acid wash beforehand to bring out the natural texture.
We offer professional cleaning and resealing. Minor stains can often be removed, but deep-set oil may leave a shadow. We’ll inspect and advise honestly if it's better to resurface.
We cover all workmanship for 10 years, including poor drainage, improper base prep, or cracking due to incorrect installation. Hairline surface cracks are normal and not a defect.
